How to use this site

This website represents how gamification can be used for change in the workplace. We added game elements to trainings, but it could be used to promote change in processes, motivation or through incentives. Please follow the directions below.

1.

Awards are broken up into: Points, Achievements and Ranks. Complete Trainings to obtain points and achievements. The more Trainings completed, the higher your rank will be. The Ranks include: Green, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Once you reach Gold, use your points to buy tangible Rewards. Please see the Rewards page for details.

Click on the Training link in the menu to see a list of Trainings. Click on individual Trainings to see the points you will receive for reading that training. You will earn achievement and points for each Training you complete. When you’re done, check your profile to see how many points and achievements you have earned. Feel free to comment on Trainings, however all comments have to be manually approved before they will show up.

See your Points, Achievements and Rank by clicking on your Profile on the top-right. Click “Edit Profile” and scroll all the way to the bottom of your profile page to show a list of what you’ve earned. (Notifications have been turned off for this site)
